We're also marketing a new "upscale" subdivision just West of Ann Arbor with three custom homes available very soon. The setting is gorgeous, rolling land, small lakes and lovely views. Close proximity to Ann Arbor and expressways has made this a very popular neighborhood. More expensive, of course A FREE Relocation Package, tailored to meet your needs, can be on the way, together with a video of the area. I have a special Children's Relocation package "Moving is an Adventure" that I'll be happy to include if children will be accompanying you. Some helpful links: My newsletter is published monthly. The mortgage calculator will do the math. Click on weather , it'll tell you what to expect when you arrive. If you'd like to know more about me and what makes me one of the top agents in the Ann Arbor area click on "About Jackie". References? My clients have been munificent with their kind comments and they're available to you at "References". This is definitely an "I love Ann Arbor" page! From my point of view Ann Arbor encompasses not only the 25.9 sq. miles of the city but also the surrounding villages and towns. Whether you're in Saline, Dexter, Chelsea, Brighton or Plymouth you're never more than 30 minutes from the heart of Ann Arbor. Having said that, there's so much going on in the surrounding towns and villages you may find yourselves staying pretty close to home on weekends. If you're in Chelsea you can take in the Purple Rose Theater and have dinner at The Common Grill. In Saline don't miss Mac's Acadian Seafood. Nor an opportunity to attend a performance by the Saline Fiddlers, a simply awesome group of high school students dedicated to fiddling! Cuisine? You don't need to take a jet plane for some truly awesome Thai food. Or Indian, Ethiopian, Japanese, you name it. (check out "where can we eat" for my personal favorites). Recreation? What's your pleasure? We don't have mountains, although the U. of M. Astronomy Department has a radio telescope on what we refer to as "Peach Mountain". The Ann Arbor parks and the Metropolitan Parks system lining the Huron River are just fabulous! My granddaughter and I take our favorite canoe trip - an easy 4 hours from Portage Lake to Delhi Park, as a "school's starting next week" fun day each year. There are many private recreation facilities offering indoor and outdoor tennis, workout rooms and indoor tracks. If you've a U. of M. connection their facilities are available to you and they're great! Employment? In addition to the University of Michigan and U. of M. Medical Center there are a multitude of high-tech companies in the area. Let me know when you'll be in town and what you want to see. I'll plan a personalized tour for you and your family. Be forewarned I'm biased. Add a BOOKMARK now! |
